Trapeze exhibiting at InnoTrans 2024

Join us at InnoTrans 2024

InnoTrans is being held from 24 to 27 September at Berlin Exhibition Grounds. Trapeze will be sharing booth no. 435 in hall 2.1 with its parent organisation Modaxo and two other Modaxo companies – Systemtechnik and ExPretio.

InnoTrans visitors at the Trapeze booth can expect a wide range of information about various different topics. Trapeze will be presenting operations control systems, state-of-the-art on-board computers, possibilities for passenger information, Business Intelligence applications, and solutions for claims processing, planning, dispatch, electromobility and accessibility.

In addition to product presentations and meeting areas, visitors can expect to find a whole lot more at the booth, including Trapeze’s traditional – highly popular – booth party, and two “Transit Unplugged Live CEO Roundtable” sessions, hosted by Modaxo.

We look forward to hearing from you and to seeing you at booth 435 in hall 2.1.

Effective traffic management: Operations Control System LIO

The control centre is the heart of transport companies. Dispatchers always have an overview of all routes thanks to data and voice connections, intelligent control systems and optimisation options. Find out more at the Trapeze booth about the LIO operations control system with its versatile functions and parameterisation options, as well as the latest features such as Path Dispatch Advanced, handling journey cancellations, bottleneck monitoring and many more.

Interface between control centre and vehicle: On-Board Systems

The latest generation of on-board computers for buses and trains seamlessly integrates vehicles into control systems. It secures data flows, saves operating data and permits communication between the control centre and drivers. Drivers use modern IP terminals to operate the on-board computers. The WebVLU app offers cost-effective driver support and dispatching via smartphone or tablet.

Up-to-date information in the vehicle: Multifunction display MFD

The MFD G3i is the third generation of our multifunctional displays for passenger information on buses and trams. The attractively designed displays are seamlessly integrated into the operations control system, providing passengers with real-time information on current transfers, delays and alternative travel options.

Business Intelligence: multi-dimensional data analyses

Intelligent evaluations of the data from the ITCS system can be used to optimise operational processes and increase efficiency. The business intelligence solution from Trapeze offers users both easy-to-use standard reports and automatic report generation, as well as customisable reports for company-specific evaluations. Other advantages include integrated interfaces to third-party systems and the use of AI.

For electric vehicles: LIO-Volta

With LIO-Volta, Trapeze offers a solution for the optimal integration of electric buses into a control system. Thanks to LIO-Volta, the dispatchers in the control centre always have real-time data from the vehicles. The system uses an automatic alarm function to inform them in good time if problems become apparent, for example if the energy supply is too low or the battery temperature is too high.

Getting around with the mobility assistant: INTROS

INTROS enables visually impaired and blind passengers as well as people with limited physical mobility to use public transport independently. The solution was developed by those affected for those affected. An app informs passengers when their vehicle arrives. It helps them to find the boarding area and communicate with the driver. During the journey, it provides information on the next stops.

Proven Bus Franchising Solution: Claims Processing System (CPS)

Trapeze's Claims Processing System (CPS) is the centralised solution for franchise buses in Singapore, London and Riyadh, managing payments of over USD 3 billion annually. It streamlines the management and settlement of claims, automates processes and reduces administrative burden. The CPS, which is now being rolled out nationwide in Ireland, helps operators focus on service quality and operational improvements, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and ridership.

Efficient Workflows: Planning and Operation Management System

With the planning and scheduling solutions from Trapeze, transport companies achieve greater efficiency and better results. Using the Trapeze Planning System enables optimised journey, vehicle circulation and duty planning for buses and trains. This enables them to efficiently ensure solid and reliable operations.

Planning on a new level: Resource Optimiser

One of the most important components in the area of planning is automation. The deeply integrated Trapeze Resource Optimiser is a central component that combines planning and scheduling. It enables planning and scheduling tasks to be solved at a completely new level. Changing conditions such as the shortage of skilled labour require new solutions. The Resource Optimiser takes this into account, making work processes more efficient and flexible and shift planning more attractive.
