Previously, Nadine served in the roles of Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief Innovation Officer for Los Angeles County Metro, where she established the Vision 2028 Strategic Plan, the Offices of Equity & Race and Customer Experience, and the Better Bus Program. Prior to L.A., Nadine led the development and implementation of the Flatiron Flyer Bus Rapid Transit for Denver’s Regional Transportation District (RTD), a project that produced a 40% increase in corridor ridership in its first few months of service.
Nadine is a professional engineer by training and believes firmly that public transit agencies play a critical role in ensuring a brighter and more resilient future for everyone. She is committed to using performance measurement and continuous improvement to elevate the quality of DART’s mobility services for the benefit of everyone in North Texas.

Natasha is a Director (Stakeholder & Business Development) at YTL Construction. YTL is an integrated infrastructure developer with operations in fourteen countries, listed on the stock exchanges of Malaysia and Japan. Natasha is involved in building a 192km rail line and she also leads the running of the YTL Learning Academy. In addition, Natasha drives transformation, culture change as well as champions D&I related issues.
Natasha is Chair of the British Malaysia Chamber of Commerce’s Diversity & Inclusion Network. She also sits as an Independent Non-Executive Director for a plantation company listed on the Malaysian stock exchange. Given her deep interest to strengthen human capital development in the Malaysian rail space, in 2017 Natasha founded Women in Rail Malaysia, a not-for-profit entity which was established to support and promote equality and diversity within the Malaysian rail industry. She is passionate about promoting the Malaysian rail space as a career of choice to young women studying in secondary school and in universities. To date, Women in Rail Malaysia has spoken to more than 11,000 students across Malaysia.

Dewaele has overseen the growth and international expansion of Busworld’s presence, tackling challenges like market restrictions and logistical issues, particularly when setting up exhibitions in new regions.
Under his leadership, the organization has explored new locations and invested in digital platforms to expand their market reach, although Busworld remains concentrated on areas with robust bus demand and infrastructure
